You are the expert on your own life. That is why I work with you, not on you.

Our work will always move at your pace, in partnership.

My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued and empowered to explore your thoughts and emotions deeply and honestly. I will support you with honesty, appropriate challenge, and practical tools as you make sense of where you are and where you want to go.

You will be able to talk freely at your own pace. Every session will be led by you, your needs and your goals. Everyone's unique, so there's no one-size-fits-all approach here.

I draw on a wide range of therapeutic models to support you, including:

  • cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

  • psychodynamic therapy

  • humanistic therapy

  • pluralistic therapy

  • mindfulness-based practices

  • coaching models and interventions

By blending elements from counselling and coaching, I offer a holistic, integrated framework that supports your emotional wellbeing, personal healing and growth, and practical goals.

I tailor my approach to meet you where you are, whether you’re looking to work through something painful or simply want to grow, gain clarity or change direction.

Your sessions

I offer in-person sessions in Great Dunmow and Stansted.

If you are further afield or prefer flexibility, I also offer secure online sessions.
