Bridge emotional healing with purposeful action.

Therapeutic coaching is where healing meets progress. I blend the depth of therapy with the action-oriented focus of coaching – perfect if you’re ready to move forward but feel held back by emotional or psychological patterns.

I combine person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and solution-focused coaching to guide you through lasting personal and professional growth.

For example, I might help you manage anxiety while also building confidence to step into a leadership role at work.

60-90 minutes | £100 per session

As a mentor, I draw from my own experiences to support your growth.

Whether you're stepping into a new role, shifting careers, or simply looking for someone who's been there, I offer encouragement, practical advice, and honest feedback to help you thrive.

For example, I might support you through a career transition, help you strengthen leadership skills, or encourage you as you build confidence in a new chapter of life.

FAQs

    • Counselling: 50 minutes

    • Therapeutic coaching: usually 60–90 minutes

    • Coaching: up to 90 minutes

    • Mentoring: 50 minutes

    • Counselling: typically weekly for steady progress. Usually at the same time and day each week, if possible, but I'll always try to work around your schedule.

    • Therapeutic coaching: every two to four weeks, depending on your goals.

    • Coaching: often monthly, with action steps in between sessions.

    • Mentoring: as agreed with you.

    Many clients work with me for around 12 sessions, but you're welcome to continue for as long as it feels helpful.

  • In person at my consulting room in Great Dunmow or Stansted, or online, so you can join from the comfort of your own space.

    Free parking is available at my Stansted rooms. There are two paid car parks at my Great Dunmow rooms, each costs £1 per hour.

  • Please give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.

    You will be charged the full fee for missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.

  • I accept payment via bank transfer or cash.
