As a counsellor, I offer a compassionate and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment.
Whether you’re navigating personal struggles, relationship challenges or emotional distress, my goal is to help you better understand yourself and move through life with greater confidence.
In our counselling work together, I’ll help you:
gain insight into how your past experiences influence your present
manage anxiety, depression or overwhelming emotions
develop practical coping strategies and build emotional resilience
feel truly heard and supported in a safe, non-judgmental environment
I use evidence-based approaches such as person-centred therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), always tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals.
For example, I can support you in processing grief, recovering from trauma or creating tools to manage daily stress or anxiety.
Duration: 50 minutes
Fee per session: £60
Frequency: usually weekly, the same day and time, if possible, but I’ll always try to accommodate your schedule.
