Therapeutic coaching is where healing meets progress. I blend the depth of therapy with the action-oriented focus of coaching – perfect if you’re ready to move forward but feel held back by emotional or psychological patterns.

In therapeutic coaching, I help you:

  • explore and shift limiting beliefs and emotional blocks

  • set meaningful goals and take empowered action

  • build resilience, stay accountable and gain clarity

  • work through your past and present to shape a more fulfilling future

I combine person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and solution-focused coaching to guide you through lasting personal and professional growth.

For example, I might help you manage anxiety while also building confidence to step into a leadership role at work.

Duration: 60-90 minutes
Fee per session: £100
Frequency: every two to four weeks, depending on your goals
